Our Mission Statement

Shelter Pets Advocacy Network exists for the purpose of assisting shelter pets of Fort Bend County, Texas, whether in city or county shelters or rescue groups, by raising funds to offset the costs of training, medical needs, spay and neuter surgeries, food, improved living conditions, and mental stimulation to help these pets to successfully transition from a shelter environment to fosters and ultimately adoptive forever families.
